i have a 99 cougar and it hesitates at low rpm and runs fine at high rpm. it has new spark plugs and a new fuel filter but it continues to hesitate. i pulled some codes on the car because the check engine light was on and i got system too lean bank 1 and 2 and some misfires what else could possibly be the problem? o2 sensors?
