1999 Jeep Wrangler with 2.5 L engine?

I have replaced the battery, plugs and wires , air filter, oil filter and put in synthetic oil. When i try to start the jeep it turns over the first time and doesn't start but as soon as i turn the key the second time it starts right up. Anything that i can do to fix this problem? Thanks Todd
 
replace the fuel filter, if that doesn't help check the fuel lines and pump. it's not caused by anything you've already replaced. It's not getting fuel right. try getting a fuel injector cleaning. wal mart does it for 20 bucks if it has a tire/lube express
