I intend to buy a 1999 Ford Taurus with 204 000 kms. The cars hasn't been safetied or etested. I am going to look at the car tomorrow, what kind of things should I look at (in order to make judgements before buying it and taking it for certification). Please help me, This is going to be my first CAR.
