1999 ford taurus aftermarket stereo faceplate?

Hi, i have a 99' ford taurus but i need a faceplate with electronic climate control. I always see the faceplate with the manual climate control with the 3 dials. If they don't exist, what other options do i have if i want to install an aftermarket stereo deck?
