Got a 1999 Ranger 2WD LWB single cab truck with a 3.0L V6 (not flex fuel) with overdrive on column. Tranmission quit pulling. What kinda of trans do I have, a 4R44E or a 5R55E or what? Will the trans for the 3.0lL and the 4.0L interchange? What year models will work? Will I have to have a trans with overdrive? Will I have to get a new torque converter? Will a SWB trans fit my LWB? Thank you.
