1999 ford explorer will not start?

Make sure the battery is strong enough. Check the voltage. It needs to be higher than 10 volts to get the car running. A lot of juice gets used to turn the starter and the ignition system needs power to fire the spark plugs.
 
The car cranks but it is like it is not getting gas or spark.Checked the coil, did a tune up, changed the gas filter,changed the fuel pump and checked the fuses still will not turn over. What next?
have fuel pressure, spark has factory alarm system how do I check to see if that is a problem?
 
Crankshaft position sensor will halt spark and probably gas while it's at it. Check You Tube for a video by RichPin on how to test your craftshaft position sensor.
