1999 Ford Explore Vibration Problem?

I am having a problem with my 1999 Ford Explore Sport that no one can seem to figure out. The problem is when the truck is in drive and idling the truck vibrates. The vibrating stop when you give it gas and this vibrating does not occur in park or neutral. What can this be and how can I fix it?

Any help would be awesome, thanks - Mo
