1999 escalde windows, wipers, and stereo not working sometimes stereos does but cant

try other acc. w/o it out? O k my 1999 escalade has a problem. The windows wont work along with the wipers and stereo. Well sometimes the stereo will work but if you try the windows/wipers it shuts itself off. I checked the fuses and none of them were busted. I then checked to see if i had power to the fuse terminals where these fuses landed, and have no power to them at all. are they connected by a relay or circut breaker? I dunno i need some help with this one. Any ideas will be explored. and the best answer goes to the one who gets it right
