1999 dodge neon misfire?

ok i got a 1999 dodge neon DOHC 2.0L 5 spd manual tranny and have cylender 4 misfire did plugs wires coil pack catalytic and muffler n it is still there i did some dry gas and the misfire went away until i used up that tank of gas. the check engine light in on when moving and flashes when at stopped and just idling spit n sputter a little when in 1st gear and a very little bit in 2nd gear but other gears it seem fine but with loss of power.
i did that and put in new injectors
ok car has new plugs, wires, valve cover gasket, cat conv, muffler, injectors, injectors wiring, coil pack, had wires tested they are good, coil pack tested was good, could it be the grade of gas im using im using 87 octane gas and a 1999 dodge neon dohc is fc recommended to have 91 octane gas
and new timeing belt and it is timed by a shop not myself

if it is ( efi )check your injector

possible low compression, or burnt valve on cylinder 4 or try getting the pcm flashed

I'd check the fuel injector wiring harness first then the injector,sounds like one if shorting out.
