1999 dodge neon headlight adjustment help?

i have a dodge neon and i crashed it recently.. i bought new headlights and everything and i need to adjust them because the point down too much, are there any specifications or measurements that will help me adjust them to the the correct height. thanks in advance

Take it to a dealership, they have the tools to adjust headlights.
