yes just remove the battery cable from it for about 5 minutes and that will reset it, but honestly that shouldn't have caused any problems with it doing what its doing now,check the fuses in the fuse panel real good also,chances are one may have blown ,give it time to pump the gas back up and if that doesn't help it try changing the plugs in it,give it a shot of ether also and see if that will make it fire up,good luck.
