1999 Dodge caravan starting issues.?

I have a 99' dodge grand caravan and since June it has been having problems starting. At first it was only every once in awhile and it would only take 2 minutes for it to start. Lately it has gotten worse. Today it took 25 minutes to get it started! I have had the battery, alternator and starter all checked and they all came back fine. Any ideas on where to start? Besides a new car :) THis is our 2nd vehicle and I just want to keep it running for when I need it
