I have a 1999 chrysler cirrus.
the car will not hold a charge, I bought a brand new battery and had it tested and its good.
when jumped, the car starts, and idles normally, however when I switch gears to drive or neutral the speedometer goes up to 40 mph without the car moving...
after the car is shut off it does not start again
anyone know what this could be ?
