I am replacing my headlights with dual halo projector headlights. I was told since i have auto turn on lights and day time running lights that i would have to pull the relays for the halo's to work correctly. Is this true? If anyone has done a job like this please tell the steps you took and whether or not i have to pull the relays?

If your new headlights are meant to work with the stock wiring on the car they should work fine, they will just be on whenever the car is running and the emergency brake isn't on. If you don't want them on all the time(which does greatly increase the life of the bulbs), check a wiring diagram for your car to see if there is a fuse labeled DRL, many GM vehicles have a separate fuse for the daytime running lights. If you pull the fuse the headlights won't be on during the day, but will still turn on when the dash lights automatically come on. DO NOT remove the headlight relay as this will cause them to cease functioning altogether.
