I have a 1999 chevy 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive truck with a 305 engine. I have recently put plugs, wires, cap, and rotor on the vehicle for a normal tune up. While replacing the the cap one of the bolts twisted in two while tighting it down. Couldn't get to it in the vehicle so I had to remove the distributor to repair. Once out I used two part epoxy to Create a new area so the bolt will tighten back down. It tighten down very well. I marked the distributor to a spot on the fire wall and it went back in right on. But now as I'm driving it, I can feel a surging issue while I'm going up a hill or driving on the highway. Along with this issue my check engine light came on so I stopped by Auto zone and they found a P1870 code. When the check engine light came on the tranny started shifting real hard until I turned the truck off and let it sit for a while, now it is fine. Can any body help with these issues. THANK YOU
