1999 Chevrolet Blazer speakers?

hello! Can anybody tell me what size the speakers in the front and rear doors are in a 1999 chevrolet blazer? (4-door)
I am fairly certain they are 6 1/2 but I am not certain. Also to install new speakers will I need some sort of mounting brackets or something? on polk audio's website it says that the speakers are not a direct-fit. (i am actually planning on getting sony xplod speakers but I used polk audio speaker finder to see what size they are)
 
i have found that www.crutchfield.com has a free and very usefull are that tell you exactly what size any and all speakers are in any vehicle.
