V8 NORTHSTAR. ERALY IN THE MORNING I STARTED THE CAR AND A VERY QUIET KNOCKING OR CLICKING NOSIE WAS COMING FROM MY ENGINE BUT IT ONLY DID IT FOR ABOUT 6 SECONDS, IT WAS A COLD START. SHOULD I BE WORRIED. IT HAS 132,000 MILE AND I HAVE TOOK VERY VERY GOOD CARE OF THIS CAR, I GET OIL CHANGES ABOUT EVERY TWO MONTHS, AND I REALLY ONLY DRIVE THE CAR ABOUT 20 MILE A MONTH.

If it was on a cold start it could have been before the oil got circulating causing some valve noise. If it went away and hasn't come back than you should not worry yet.

Probably just a lifter that took a moment or two to get enough oil pressure. No biggie. For winter, I would use a 5W30 synthetic oil for better lubrication on cold starts.
If you're short-hopping the car a lot (trips less than 5 miles), that's no good for the engine, as it never gets a chance to warm up properly and drive off moisture. If this is the case, I would change the oil, and drive it for a good hour or two on the highway at least once a week, to keep the engine healthy.
