My headlight switch on my truck just went kaput on me. Normally they are easy to replace on older vehicles but mine has an airbag. Does anyone have a site that I can navigate to so I can get instructions on how to remove the switch from the column without blowing the airbag? Or if you know how to do it I would appreciate any feedback.

Only serious answers please. No bullsh*t crap. I know I am a girl but I am not a car dummy. So if you have some idiotic remark on how girls can't work on cars save it for Barbie.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Here's a link to help. You HAVE to remove battery cable and SRS has a backup voltage supply for 90 seconds. I usually wait 5-10 minutes to be safe. Make sure the battery is the last thing to be hooked up. Here's a link http://www.autozone.com/shopping/repairGuide.htm?pageId=0900c1528003792b
