My pontiac grand prix starts for about 1 second then dies. There is no check engine light. The ignition switch has been replaced recently and is not faulty. A friend of mine mentioned that it could be the fuel pump, if it is does the tank have to be dropped in order to replace it? Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be and the cost to have it repaired?
