1998 Lexus GS300 VS. 1999 Pontiac Firebird Transam?

I own a 1998 Lexus GS300 with 167,000 miles on it. I know its getting up there in miles. I was looking at a 1999 Pontiac Firebird Transam. The Firebird is a WS6 and it has 58,000 miles on it. The Firebird has a lot of work on it. The windows are tinted 35% and really gives the car an aggressive look. The CD player is a Kenwood touch screen with a Kenwood amplifier and two 10 inch Boston subs in the back. There is also a SLP loud mouth exhaust.

Any opinions on what I should do?
