1998 jeep gc runs rough?

while going down the road it hesitates and even acts like it is going to backfire but doesnt, no check engine light and idles fine. dealership replaced a whole bunch of things but its still doing it. and if you were wondering its been a while sense its been to said dealership. its my girfrinds moms car, wish i could be of more help.
inline 6 plugs and wires look fine
 
jeeps are notorius for vacuum leaks. Have you changed the gas cap lately, if not you should. has the catalytic converter been checked? It cold be plugging up.
