ok been having problems with my 98 jeep and want the best answer before forking out tons of money.... ran good yesterday drove it for alittle bit yesterday but today it wants to turn over but dosent... it will start if i have my foot on the gas but as soon as i let off the gas it dies...thats the only way it will start .. i did have the check engine light on but it was reset due to my locks running my battery down but the havent worked anyway so i diconnected them to keep my battery charged anyway my b/f thinks it might be a fuel filter called auto zone and they said possible fuel pump and my dad and my b/f's dad said possible throddle postion sensor can someone please give me their imput i know alittle about cars but not much and right now my job is barley working me
