1998 honda civic lx four door lock button isnt working?

ok so i have a 1998 honda civic lx sedan power everything everything works except the button to lock the doors i have to lock the doors myself so i was wondering does the button on my car for the locks have a seperate fuse or is it just bad wiring? cuz the lights werent working and neither was the stereo but we found out it was just the fuse so we replaced it and it workd but i am not 100 percent sure about the locks if it has a seperate fuse
