ok!
So a little while ago my dad put 4 new tires on my 1998 Ford Windstar GL (it has 256,000k on it.) and replaced a bent tirerod on my front drivers side.
I've been noticing that when I get it up to about 30-60k the steering wheel slightly wobbles side to side. It ceases to wobble when you bring it up passed 60k. I can't not have a car. My dad is a backyard mechanic but more familiar with classic cars (carb, anything prior to 1980) and I want to get this fixed as soon as possible because I need my car and right now I'm not able to drive it as my father is convinced its extremely dangerous. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be and how my dad could fix it, or how much its going to cost me to get it fixed?
