1998 Ford Ranger Camper Shell?

Does anyone know if they make a 1998 Ford Ranger Stepside camper shell? It seems as if they have never made one. Could you post a link if you find one?
I'm not looking for a camper, I'm looking for a shell/cap ...like Lund makes. However, I cannot find any for a stepside.

The only way you can fix this little dilemma is this, you have to get it custom made to fit the back of the vehicle. Anything too big, and it will destroy the rear end suspension and shocks, anything too small, and nothing will fit inside it, let alone you. but you can go to your RV dealer they will help you select the right camper or camper shell for your make and year of your truck
