1998 ford expedition windshield washer problems?

There are two washer pump relays in this vehicle.When you want front to work the rear washer relay provides a ground path for front washer relay and same to use the rear washer.HTH.
 
I have a 1998 ford expedition. I asked for help before but it didnt work. When I push the button to spray the windows. Nothing comes out, I have no sound either from the pump. I tried a new pump still nothing. I tried a new turn signal ? wiper switch s, still nothing. we blew threw the lines which seem clear. what else could this be? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks
