I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, the Belt Tensioner came off and I had to replace it, After replacing it and reconnecting the Negative battery cable the Hazards, Instrument panel lights and a little red light on the drivers side near the floor have been blinking constantly, I have looked through the Owners Manual and found nothing. Anybody know whats going on?
