1998 Dodge Durango is leaking coolant and squeaking.....?

It is not overheating .Its just leaking and squeaking very loudly sometimes.I am going to take it in on Friday I want to at least act like I know what I am talking about.Pleaseee help.
You can see coolant on the ground.Thank you everyone so much for your help.
 
If the leaking coolant is visible on the ground or somewhere under the hood, I would guess you have a bad water pump. The squeaking could be the water pump as well.

If the leaking coolant is not visible but you continually fill the reservoir, then it is being burned up by the engine (not good) and is likely a bad head gasket.
