1998 dodge durango hit the brakes and my foot went all the way to the floor where do...

no dip stick. Usually a little "container" located somewhere in the engine area near where the driver sits. Usually a fairly small plastic thing, that when clean and not covered with grime, is sort of see-through so you can see the fluid level without opening. Don't want to get any dirt in there so don't open if you don't have to.

Better to just go to a mechanic (garage) and have them fix it, since you do not seem to have a good idea about what is going on. Brakes are pretty important and not to be messed with unless you know what you are doing. Your life (and maybe someone else's too) is worth the money.

you could be low on brake fluid or have a more serious problem, the brake reservoir is located on the power boaster under the hood left hand side.however for your safety sake take your car and have a brake inspection done.good luck

find dip sticks at your local video game store
check your brake fluid by opening hood and look above where your feet is its call master cylinder which is bad most likey need a shop to replace it can drive it that way

There is a reservoir for the fluid. Probably located in the engine compartment on the drivers side of the firewall up near the hood. Looks like a oval container with some metal tubes coming out of it. Make sure its full of fluid. You most likely have a leak somewhere and should get it looked at before you drive it!!!

by the way u asked the question i believe u should have someone else take a look at it for you. not trying to be rude, but i think it would be for the best. good luck.
