Either the window has come off the track or the track is faulty or the arm that is mounted to the windows glass that bolts to the assembly is broken off or come loose so you need to remove the door panel and take a close look at it.

I took it apart the switch still makes the motor move or something but the window wont go up and it started when i tried to roll it up and it just fell down, it wont stay up at all so is it the motor or something else?
