1997 Toyota 4runner will not unlock with keys?

My keys will not unlock my 1997 Toyota 4runner from the passenger side and back door, just the driver side door can unlock the car. How Come?
The car is not used. My Grandma payed for it. Then sold it to me. Well maybe it is used but has never been "popped" open by a coat hanger or what have you.
 
is the car used? if so some one could have tried to break and mest up the locking. it happened to my car to but all you need to do is take the door apart andreconnectt some peacec that is what i did.
or you can go to a mechanic and get him to look at it.
