I have a 1997 Kawasaki KE100 that starts up after a few kicks but only remain on if I am giving throttle. I have gas, oil, and transmission oil all filled. The carburetor is clean. The bike does leak some oil (from a bad oil pipe that I will be replacing when I get it in the mail). This problem happens weather the choke is on or not. Please Help.
