need for speed V8

I'm looking to get a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.2 liter v8. I've read that with diamond fire spark plugs, cold air intake, throttle body spacer, and some others can increase gas mileage. i wanna ask how much extra mpg can i expect to get. also... is there any personal problems with the 5.2, is it as reliable as the 4.0?
