1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo-On the Rear Hatchback Door the Rear Window does

not release or open...? The switch/button that says window there that you push has a small part in it that look like a fuse. Its a black circular part that has metal in the end. Does anyone know what this part is called? One of them looks like it has "blown" because the part of it that has the little part of metal in it looks like it is melted. I have not been able to open the window since I brought it and I figure that this is the problem. Thank You
