On a 12 year old vehicle it would not be unreasonable to expect that the shock absorbers are worn out.

Replace the shocks all the way around and your problem should go away. If you use this vehicle for highway use select the appropriate shocks.

Also, if you have increased the size of your tires you may need larger shocks. This is because you have increased the mass of the tires and rims and you would need larger shocks to handle this added mass.
 
my 97 jeep bounces when ever i go over any bumps it is very violent. we have replaced the tracking bar, front axel and all u joints and ball joints are solid. any ideas thankss!
yep, i had a feeling it was them. i ordered them. i have not replaced them all 12 years so they are rusted on there good. i will bring it to a mechanic to get them off. thanks guys
