I have a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The other day I was driving down the road and the car just shut off. I had it towed to a shop where they did some diag work. They concluded that it was the PCM. They wanted too much for the job. I towed it home and got a re-man PCM.
Installed it, and still the same problem.
The guages dont show fuel level and the volts gauge doesnt work. I have replaced the Crank Position Sensor that showed it might have been bad from my research. I have also replaced the Cam Position senor inside the distributor.
Same problem, Cranks and cranks with no start.
Im not sure what the next step is...Please someone help me out!
Just to add...
I have no spark, no injector pulse, and Im seeing fuel come out of the valve on the rail.
Timing chain is good cuz the rotor rotates when I crank the engine.
Installed it, and still the same problem.
