1997 honda civic swap....either a diesel or the srt 4 2.4 turbo?

so i know there is a bunch of info out there about civic swaps and such but i think having a smaller diesel(mabye a 2.0-3.0 ) under the hood would be pretty sweet, and having a srt 4 engine would be the ultimate..... well anyways im not worried about the total price of either of these swaps. what i am interested in is can i do it. and what modifications will i need for both engines? such as motor mounts and electrical systems, well thanks and please only serious answers since im bieng serious about this question
 
With enough money you can put any engine into any car.

It would cost more than your car is worth to put a non Honda engine into your Honda. Obviously you will need engine mounts, new trans or an adapter to the Honda trans, all new electronics, new intake, new exhaust. Pretty much if its under your hood you will need to either modify it or replace it.
