1997 Ford t-bird 4.6 v-8 with a squeaky belt.?

Ok i have had the car for about 2 years now and i love it to death. But the belt on it squeaks so damn loud and it drives me nuts. it does just about every time i drive it. I know where the belt tension thing is, but i have no idea on how to use it. ive tried belt dressings but no good. they only make it louder. I Tried the bar of soap and that's a temporary fix. It just need to be tightened up. any help on how to do it?
 
try a new belt, your old one is probably super smooth and losing its ability to grip the pulley... also, your belt tensioner could be froze-up, see if you can manually turn it... hope this helps

I BELIEVE THATS AN AUTOMATIC TENSIONER. YOU TRY CHANGING THE BELT? THAT MAY SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. IF NOT, ITS POSSIBLE THE ACTUAL TENSIONER MIGHT BE GOING BAD.
