What was it leaking? If it's gas it'll burn, so take a torch to it (carefully) and see if it burns quickly, if it doesn't do much it's oil. And I mean torch the stuff on the driveway, not the truck.
There's a busted front light and minimal rust. The only major problem we see now is that when it's in reverse it's park, neutral is reverse etc.. but it still drives.. There was something leaking underneather but it was after we started it and had it sitting for alittle. (we think) Are we getting scammed?
when we looked under the truck it looked like the leak was coming from a pipe connected to the exhaust
Shifter can be loose at the bracket for the shift cable,2 torx screws at bottom of the steering column,very common.What is leaking to be sure?$1500 is OK for the age of the truck,not necessary scam.
