Hi there, I'm having problems with the back wiper on my 97 explorer, when I bought it it didn't work, but I want to get it workng, the fuses are all good, the switch is good, heck even took the back wiper motor out and tried it on a battery, it works, and we looked at the end of the wiring where the back motor hooks up and tested the voltage, it's alomost 12 volts with the truck off. What could be the problem, i'm starting to get mad! About to give up but can anyone help out? Thanks alot guys
