1997 ford crown victoria wont blow cold a/c,but there's freon and the compressor works?

i think its the climate changer, since its digital not manual i think it might of gotten stuck on a hot degree, so now that i try to change it to a cool 60 degrees it doesnt change, any tips on how to change it
