1997 dodge grand caravan climate control board problems?

Hi, I have a 1997 Dodge Grand caravan with 107k miles and when I turn the front windshield defrost on the rear wiper will also come on. Some times when I turn the rear defrost on the rear wiper will come on. Has any one else had this problem. Also sometimes the whole climate control will stop working then i have to remove it and unplug the blue plug and plug it back in, then everthing works fine.
 
you need to replace the climate control switch on that one,that will cause one of the problems your having,the other one i haven't ran across,good luck with it.
