1997 dodge e-2500 v6 no start, no spark or fuel?

I have a friend who has a 1997 Dodge e-2500 v-6 full size van, The van shut off abrubptly while driving at 30 miles an hour. replaced crank position sensor and coil, plugs wires cap and rotor, checked relays(all good) Does anyone have any idea what to check next?
 
check for gas flow.
if you already did then check for things that are stopping the flow.
does it even crank over?
if it doesnt battery might be dead.
if it is dead check then alternator.
