1997 dodge cummins 12v power adding questions ?

i have a 97 12v dually with 460000 kms its stock except for a 4 '' exhuast i want to know some good ways to add power with out going to nuts and still be able to get good mpg example cold air , air intake manifold injector sleeves fuel plate ?? and i got a rebuilt trans with a 2000 stall so any help would be great ?

on the 12v they have a mechanical lift pump so somewhere on the pump there is just a screw you can turn out, if you want mpg and power aint gona happen impossible, more fuel = more power = less mpg, less fuel = less power = more mpg, you could get a chip like an edge with attitude with adjust on the fly between power or mpg
