1997 chrysler LHS is in lockdown, how do i get it out with the key?

New member
replaced the starter on the LHS and now it wont even show the battery holds a charge. i read somewhere online you can accidentally put the car in lockdown mode, but i kinda need my car, lol. please help if you can.
