Since posting my last two comments, my check engine light has come on after driving on the highway. After the light came on while leaving stop lights or stop signs the transmission is starting to shift real hard. I went to Advance auto to have the code read and code P1870 was found,which he said was a Chevrolet code for the transmission.But after leaving Advance auto the truck shifted real smooth again after having it shut off for a while. Could this be any cause for my surging issues. Thanks to everybody that has given me advise so for, it is greatly appreciated.
