its a 1996 reg cab toyota tacoma. its a 2.7 liter 4x4 with 190k miles. he said the lowest he will go is 3000. i looked at kbb its worth less than 3000 in excellent cond but he says they hold there value and they do. what do you think is it a fair price or not it doesnt have rust seems to be in good running cond. let me know what you think thanks.
