1996 Honda Civic EX Coupe Exhaust?

I have a 1996 civic ex coupe 5-speed and I'm looking for an exhaust system that would be easy for me to install by myself. I heard some of the after market exhaust system are cheaper and provide more horsepower. I don't know much about hooking cars up but I'm interested in learning how to just because its Honda and there's so much you can do. Any suggestions?
 
i wouldnt suggest doing much untill you have a b series motor. i personally like the 5zeigen fireball muffler and any hi flo catalytic convertor or "hollowed out cat" and DC headers. i think over all the best exhaust systems are 5zeigen, tanabe, greddy, mugen, and spoon. im sure you can google there sites or ask at a local import shop what they carry or can order for you.
