1996 ford ranger prob. easy 10 pts?

ok i have a 1996 ford ranger,4 cylinder and it is not heating up in idle, it is blowing out cold air when it is idling, and now it isnt even blowing out warm air when it is in drive. is this a radiator prob, or a stuck thermostat, cuz it isnt overheating. thank you in advance
 
Yes it sounds like the thermostat is stuck open. This is pretty common. You can pull the housing off and check to be sure.
