1996 Ford f150 Clicking under the hood?

Hi, my husband's 1996 f150 has a constant clicking under the hood. we already tore everything down, cleaned everything, replaced lifters, camshaft and a few other things and put it back together, but the noise is still constant.

what could the problem be?

it sounds like it's on the left side
 
start motor. get a piece of garden hose and move around engine til loudest. I've found this works pretty good. Watch out for moving fan and belts
 
Hard to tell from here but I would be looking at an exhaust manifold/header gasket. Considering the other work already performed.
